Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wine Packaging by Naylor.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS: 

You have 10 days to calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  We will not pay shipping on returns if you simply ordered the wrong item or other similar scenarios.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

This does not apply to faulty boxes, which can happen due to manufacturing errors.  If this is the case, please contact us and we’ll provide instructions as to how we’d like you to set up the return.

If you receive the wrong item, we will ask that you keep the item in its original packaging and we will submit a pick up by FedEx.  There is a 15% restocking fee for all items unless there was a mistake on our end.

 

REFUNDS:

Once we’ve received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or apply a credit for a later purchase.

If there is a refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the method used.
